Wednesday, March 27, 2013. We met at Phil's Berry Farm, 13955 SW 248th St, Homestead, FL 33032, 305-905-2284, due to our regular location being unavailable. Present were, Marjorie, Carol, Landolphe, Dennise, Delores, Richard and Phil.
Marjorie read more from her Branch Boys story. Carol read a story from her childhood about love, Landolphe read from his textbook on the history of religion in the United States from the Puritans to the present. Phil read a script about the woes of one sided love and Dennise read a revision of The Power and the Glory.
We discussed our upcoming reading at Art South, 240 N Krome Ave, Homestead, put on by Homestead Center for the Arts, Bea Peskoe Lunchtime Lecture Series. We look forward to those that are able to attend. Monday, April 1st, at 12:00p (unless you reserved lunch, then you need to be there at 11:30a) to 1:00p.
Phil treated us to coffee, tea and chocolate chip pie and key lime pie.
